1) What is the language use in all the magic title?
English. 2) What type of format is the file?
All our magic titles are either in .avi, .rm, .wmv or any other type of video format.
You can use either Divx player, Realplayer, Window Media Player or any other compatible player to view. 3) What does the format means?
VHS = lower video & audio qualityVCD = good video & audio qualityDVD = very good video & audio quality 4) How many tricks are featured in a magic title?
Depending on the title, some featured more than 10 tricks & some are just a single tricks only(but very good tricks). You can always compare the price, preview the tricks or description from the original website such as:a) www.ellusionist.comb) www.penguinmagic.comc) www.ammarmagic.comd) www.mcbridemagic.com 5) How much is the shipping charges?It depends on the country that you are in and also sometimes we waived the charges during our promotion period. Normally, it will not exceed SGD8/= depending on how heavy is the package.
Buyer can opt for registered mail, which add extra security to receive the cd-rom at the cost of just SGD2/=. (Not recommended for local buyer).
Shipping Charges will be waive for minimum purchase of more than SGD40/= in a single purchase. 6) How long will it take to reach me?
For local buyer, it takes 3 working days.For overseas buyer, normally takes about 9 working days. 7) Do I get discount when buying second time & onward?
Yes, you will get at least 10-20% discount on your next purchase. We value our loyal customer & we treasure their support. However 1st time buyer will not get any discount unless purchase is more than SGD40/= in a single purchase. 8) What happens if the file/cd-rom is corrupted or spoiled?
We always check all cd-rom/file before sending it out to customer. Thus we don’t really expect such problem. However, if such problem arise, cd-rom can be mail back to us(shipping bare by customer), we will examine the cd-rom again.If found to be corrupted, we will replace you with a new one at no extra cost. 9) How do I place order?
You can just email us and tell us which magic title you plan to purchase. Then we will mail out the cd-rom once confirm payment received from you. Please email in advance for conversion rate if you are from outside singapore.
10) How do I make payment?
Generally we accept, cash/western union/money order/bank wired transfer. All additional charges incur will be bare by buyer. For local buyer, we accept only cash/POSB bank fund transfer as to expedite the mailing process.
11) What do I do if I’m not sure & can’t find the answer I need?
